Frightening Story

“Where am I?”

The dead tree branches cracked as I hastily walked in the dark woods and it seem the trees were talking to me. I thought it was not good time to have ‘friends’ at the moment. I was very frightened and fatigue. I needed some water. It was getting dark and I could see nothing. “Where am I?”,I kept asked the same question to myself. I just remembered that I asked for helped due to my car was broke down and suddenly I was here.

Out of blue, I could hear a sound. Yes, the sound came closer to me. The sound of water. But where was the water?? I walked slowly and at this point of time my instinct became my guidance. I could not move, I could not continue my journey. There was something under my feet. It seem like a jellyfish. How come a jellyfish could be here?? Slowly I directed my eyeballs to the my feet. There was a big leech, most probably. Truthfully, I didn’t ever know what kind of animals under my feet. It was very weird and disgusting. At this point of time, I didn’t know what should I do. Only one thing came out and walked around in my mind which was ‘run’. Without wasted time, I ran and just leaved the ‘weird thing’ without saw even at glance to it.

“Where should I run?” I ran without navigation and I could feel that it wasn’t good time to continue ran. Because there was a big hole in front of me and I just got into the hole before finished thinking.

It was very hurt. I could feel my legs was broke because I cannot move it. Slowly, I opened my eyes and I thought I was already died. Maybe I was in heaven. It was such a beautiful and fantastic place. There were mountains around the place. Seem that the mountains became fences to the place. Right in front of my eyes there was a waterfall. Maybe the sound of water that I heard previously came from here. I never saw such a beautiful waterfall for the rest of my life. I could feel he coldness of the water. The grass was like a huge carpet. The fragrance of the flowers were very fantastic.

Out of blue, I could see there was a man who came closer to me. He asked me, “How do you get here?” I told the whole story to him. The man told me that I should leave because the place was belonging to a big monster that at the moment the monster was sleeping. I just could not believe that this such a beautiful place was belonging to the monster. The man showed me the way to go out from the place and I still could not believe that I found that such a beautiful place or it was a dreaming???
